Before I go too deep into this review, I want to make three things clear:
- I enlisted the help of my wife to give a female opinion on the Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift reviews
- I did many of the workouts alongside my wife — and will spare the embarrassing pictures she took of me
- Men can do these workouts too, and you’ll absolutely be sore the following day(s)
With that being said, I will get into the Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift reviews that we have been doing during this shutdown. I see all the memes circulating Facebook about how easy it is to have some cocktails before 5:00pm (or whatever your 5:00 happens to be), but the truth is, if you can’t work, it’s the perfect time to carve out a time to workout from home. My wife and I did the workouts, and discussed the five main areas we think you need to know when deciding if the Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift workouts are right for you.

Brazil Butt Lift: Program
There are three different Brazil Butt Lift programs to choose from, each with its own unique twist on the original.
Brazil Butt Lift
This is the original program. The key differentiator with this one is that it is a 60 day program, with workouts lasting anywhere from 15 minutes to nearly an hour. We both started with these, which are a great way to get your body ready for the next two Brazil Butt Lift programs.
Brazil Butt Lift: Carnivale
Much like the original, this one has a series of workouts that work on more than just your glutes, which surprised me. There are four focused workouts that incorporate some sort of cardio, a more-than-just-the-butt whole body workout, and ab session. There is also more of a dance-vibe to these than the original.
Brazil Butt Lift: Master Series
My wife joked with me that I was too quick to tap out during these harder-than-most Beachbody exercises. I did well with programs like P90X3 vs Core de Force, but the Master Series classes here kicked my, well, you know… It’s the same vibe as the Carnivale program, four exercises for 30 days, but they are more difficult and get your body firing much earlier in the workouts.
Brazil Butt Lift: Difficulty
They say these are all beginner to moderate level difficult, but I must have neglected my core theses past few months because they were tough for me (especially once we got to the abs). I don’t understand why more guys don’t try these types of workouts because they absolutely work. You might not be building bulk, but in terms of weight loss and toning your core, there have been few programs that had my whole body engaged like these.

Brazil Butt Lift: Enjoyment Level
Before I began writing these Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift reviews, I thought it would be me passing off my keyboard to my wife and I would have been in the other room doing something like T25 vs Insanity Max 30. The truth is, once I got into it, they were actually a lot of fun. My wife and I usually put these in before lunch, and had a lot of fun (albeit mostly at my expense as I struggled early and often). For women and men alike, these are enjoyable workouts, and I began really enjoying trainer Leandro Carvalho’s style of keeping you going right when he knows it might start to get tough.
Brazil Butt Lift: Overall
At the end of the day, I think I still like some of my other workouts a little better, but trying something new allowed me to focus on some of my weaknesses and get great workouts. My wife and I both really feel the effects of the workouts the next day or two, and it makes me feel like I am getting more power in my glutes and hamstrings which are helping me improve my speed workouts for running. There are a lot of positive Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift reviews from women, but I am here to tell you that it is worth giving these workouts at least a week, if not the whole 30 or 60 days, to see what they can do for either sex.
