P90X3 really is the gold standard for at home workouts that appeal to anyone and work for everyone. Below, we breakdown what makes P90X3 work so well, as well as additional detail about each exercise, including our favorites.
The two biggest names in the Home Fitness workout world are P90X and Insanity, and each line’s best products are P90X3 and Insanity Max 30. It’s only fitting that we pit these two programs up against each other to determine which can lay claim to the best home fitness workout series on the market. We analyzed everything from cost to intensity of the workout, as well as effectiveness and which program would be better suited to you, the person doing the workouts. In the end, both P90X3 and Insanity Max 30 have a lot in common, but one has just enough edge over the other to be considered the best!
Balance discs and BOSU balls are both designed to improve stability, flexibility, and add variety to your workouts. Both products are made of rubber and are filled with air, creating an unstable surface. These stability trainers can be incorporated into your workouts, or to daily habits like sitting or standing and engage your stabilizer muscles. Both products are effective, but the BOSU ball offers more stability and is a better-made product that you should have as a tool in your home fitness arsenal.
Working out during a pregnancy is one of the very best things you can do for your body (both during and after pregnancy), but also one of the best things you can do for your baby. Exercising while pregnant prepares your body for the stresses of labor, and also maintains a healthy blood flow that will ensure you and your baby stay healthy. But, is doing an intense workout like P90X3 while pregnant worth the risk?
The Pro-Grade Chin-up Bar for P90X is the second door frame pull up bar I have purchased, and I can say that paying the extra money is worth it for the fact that this bar will not break or warp like some of the cheaper options you can find online. My first one cost around $25-$30 and had cheap foam grips and a simpler design than the P90X pull up bar (the one made by Beachbody). The grips on my first pull up bar tore off after a few weeks, and the crossbar began to bend, which pretty much meant the end of that pull up bar.
