You don’t need a gym membership or studio class pass to get the body you want. There are plenty of ways to sweat, add muscle, and lose fat from your own home gym. The key is to find the right workout and have the right equipment. Whether you prefer a workout like P90X or T25, or you want to design your own routine, there are some essential items that will get you started with making your garage or basement the perfect place to tone up!
The Pro-Grade Chin-up Bar for P90X is the second door frame pull up bar I have purchased, and I can say that paying the extra money is worth it for the fact that this bar will not break or warp like some of the cheaper options you can find online. My first one cost around $25-$30 and had cheap foam grips and a simpler design than the P90X pull up bar (the one made by Beachbody). The grips on my first pull up bar tore off after a few weeks, and the crossbar began to bend, which pretty much meant the end of that pull up bar.
